- Wedding Reception Dinner/Party start from Rp. 350,000 + + person.
- Any foreign citizen who wishes to get married in Indonesia has to complete the following requirement:
- A copy letter signed by the priest stating has performed a religious ceremony according to their respective belief
- Widow/widower must present a copy of the death certificate of the former spouse. If there has been divorce, the decree absolute
- A letter legalized by respective Embassy/Consulate General in Indonesia certifying that the couple have no objection to getting married in Indonesia
- Copy of birth certificate and Copy of passport
- Supply detail of full names, addresses, professions of the witnesses (two witnesses are required)
- Copy of the registration form of the hotel
- A letter signed by both parties certifying that their marriage is based on mutual agreement
- Black and white or color photograph 6x4 cm (6 pieces) of couple side by side in same photo
- Couple must give notice of they are intention to the Register Marriage in the district where the marriage is to be perform
- On arrival please bring original documentation for the Civil Celebrant to sight their originality
GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT GETTING MARRIED IN INDONESIA
For the most part of the globe it is possible to get married legally in Indonesia and recognized by some of the foreign countries. Based on the law of Indonesia, to conduct a legal wedding ceremony the couple must possess a religious ceremony initially based on the religion of the couple, which is one of the 5 recognized by the Government of Indonesia (Christian Protestant or Presbyterian, Catholic, Buddha, Hindu and Islam). This is necessary in order to obtain a religious certificate needed for the civil wedding. The marriage should be registered with the district Civil Registrar & the ceremony must be performed under religious rites.
Indonesian authorities require that all non-Indonesian citizens planning to marry in Indonesia obtain a "CNI" (Certificate of No Impediment to Marriage) before the wedding. This is simply a letter from your Consulate or Embassy representative in Indonesia stating that there is no objection for you to get married in Indonesia. For the Consulate to issue this letter, each couple must personally visit their country's respective Consulate to swear an oath that they are free to marry. Once the oath has been taken, the Certificate of No Impediment to Marriage will be produced and handed over. This is usually done on the spot. For some Embassy or Consulate office allow an application of CNI by sending all details required by Embassy or Consulate office.
